The tour
Let’s discover a small town together, shaped over the centuries by a flamboyant history.
Seat of a bishopric, Bayeux can be seen from far away with the steeples of its cathedral. Narrow streets lined with stone houses, lime trees decorating the large General de Gaulle square, watermills reminding us of past times, Bayeux vibrates and rings today with the sound of passers-by in a variety of languages, and that of locals who love to stroll down its bustling streets and colorful boutiques.
We will take a leisurely walk around the town to better appreciate its beauty and will take a seat in the cathedral and evoke its, sometimes tumultuous, history.
